Privacy Policy

AcciBridge AI ("we", "us", "our") is a free WhatsApp-based guide for people who have just been in a car accident. We are operated by ROZALESAH00 LLC, an Indiana limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Important commitments to our users:

1. AcciBridge AI does NOT share, sell, or transfer mobile phone numbers to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number stays with us only.

2. Message frequency: AcciBridge AI sends messages only in response to messages YOU initiate. Frequency depends entirely on your conversation with the bot. We do not send proactive or recurring messages.

3. Message and data rates may apply. AcciBridge AI is free to use. However, your mobile carrier may charge you for receiving SMS or WhatsApp messages depending on your phone plan. Please check with your mobile carrier for details.

1. What we collect

When you interact with AcciBridge AI through WhatsApp, we may receive:

  • Your WhatsApp phone number (used to identify our conversation with you)
  • The text of the messages you send us
  • Your language preference
  • The timestamps of your messages
  • Approximate location only if you choose to share it

We do NOT collect:

  • Your real name, address, or government identification
  • Photos, videos, or documents (unless you explicitly send them, and we recommend against this)
  • Your insurance details, license plates, or financial information
  • Information about other people involved in your accident

2. How we use your information

We use your information only to:

  • Respond to your messages with guidance about post-accident steps
  • Improve our bot's responses based on common conversation patterns (in aggregate)
  • Comply with applicable laws

We do NOT:

  • Sell your information to anyone
  • Share your phone number or other personal data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes
  • Use your information for advertising
  • Share your information with insurance companies, lawyers, or third parties without your explicit consent

3. Mobile number non-sharing commitment

AcciBridge AI is committed to user trust. We explicitly state: Mobile phone numbers are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is collected solely to deliver our WhatsApp guidance service and never sold, rented, traded, or shared outside our service provider stack (Twilio, Render, Neon — used only to deliver the service).

4. Message frequency

AcciBridge AI sends messages only in direct response to your messages. We do not send unsolicited or proactive messages. The number of messages you receive depends entirely on your interaction with the bot — typically 1 to 5 messages per conversation. We do not send marketing messages, promotional messages, or any messages outside of your active conversation.

5. Message and data rates disclosure

AcciBridge AI is a free service. However, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier depending on your phone plan. WhatsApp uses your mobile data or Wi-Fi connection. SMS messages (if delivered via SMS) may be subject to standard carrier rates. AcciBridge AI does not control these carrier fees and is not responsible for them. Please contact your mobile carrier for specific rate information.

6. Sharing with service providers

Your information may be processed by our service providers (Twilio for WhatsApp messaging, Render for hosting, Neon for database storage) solely to deliver our service to you. These providers are bound by their own privacy commitments and cannot use your data for their own purposes. None of these providers sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

We may share information only when required by law (such as a court order or law enforcement request) and we will notify you when legally permitted to do so.

7. Retention

We retain conversation history for up to 90 days to improve our service and provide continuity if you return to AcciBridge AI for follow-up questions. After 90 days, conversation content is automatically deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time by sending the word STOP or by emailing us.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information, including encrypted database connections and secure hosting infrastructure. However, no system is 100% secure. By using AcciBridge AI, you acknowledge that you understand this risk.

9. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the information we have about you
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Opt out of receiving messages at any time by sending STOP
  • Contact us with questions or concerns

10. Not legal or medical advice

AcciBridge AI provides general information only. We are not lawyers, doctors, or insurance professionals. Nothing the bot says should be considered legal advice, medical advice, or insurance advice. Always consult a qualified professional for advice about your specific situation.

11. Children

AcciBridge AI is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has used our service, please contact us so we can delete their information.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the bot itself and via this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
