AcciBridge AI sends messages only in direct response to your messages. We do not send unsolicited or proactive messages. The number of messages you receive depends entirely on your interaction with the bot — typically 1 to 5 messages per conversation. We do not send marketing messages, promotional messages, or any messages outside of your active conversation.
AcciBridge AI is a free service. However, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier depending on your phone plan. WhatsApp uses your mobile data or Wi-Fi connection. SMS messages (if delivered via SMS) may be subject to standard carrier rates. AcciBridge AI does not control these carrier fees and is not responsible for them. Please contact your mobile carrier for specific rate information.
Your information may be processed by our service providers (Twilio for WhatsApp messaging, Render for hosting, Neon for database storage) solely to deliver our service to you. These providers are bound by their own privacy commitments and cannot use your data for their own purposes. None of these providers sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
We may share information only when required by law (such as a court order or law enforcement request) and we will notify you when legally permitted to do so.
We retain conversation history for up to 90 days to improve our service and provide continuity if you return to AcciBridge AI for follow-up questions. After 90 days, conversation content is automatically deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time by sending the word STOP or by emailing us.
